Vamos Junior
HeroMirror Augmented Reality Experience for Junior de Barranquilla
Overview
INDE was tasked with creating kiosk-sized AR experiences for Junior de Barranquilla, both to encourage fan engagement and to promote the finals.
Featuring an opportunity to take a one-of-a-kind photo with up to six of the Colombian soccer team’s biggest stars, the project scope consisted of three of INDE’s HeroMirror units, all still permanently available to experience at Monumento Ventana al Mundo, Centro Comercial Portal Del Prado and Centro Comercial Buenavista.
INDE's latest HeroMirror AR experience doesn't just empower Junior de Barranquilla fans to meet with their favourite players, but also allowing them to spread the word about the Categoria Primera A finals.
User Experience
Utilizing motion sensors, fans can easily trigger the HeroMirror experience, at which point they are prompted to select their favourite Junior de Barranquilla player -- Sebastian Hernandez, Jose Luis Chunga, Teofilo Guitierrez, Matias Fernandez, Victor Cantillo or Sebastian Viera -- to pose with for a photo.
In case they can't make up their minds users can select a “group photo,” for a chance to take a picture with all six, simultaneously! After the system captures the encounter, it can be shared instantly with friends and family.
