Air, Land & Sea, INDE’s large-screen Augmented Reality experience successfully launches at the Putnam, a museum and science centre where people connect with history, nature and ideas by doing and experiencing.
INDE’s cutting-edge BroadcastAR system will allow visitors to get up-close and personal with an elephant, dolphin, polar bear and other animated characters. As viewers step in front of a large screen, BroadcastAR instantly places the photo-realistic 3D versions of some magnificent creatures beside them, and creates a life-like immersive experience by blending the real world with exceptionally high-quality digital content. Once their adventure is complete, participants are emailed a photo and social media ready video they can then share with family and friends.
As an increasing number of institutions and companies in education and entertainment are looking at innovative ways to provide unforgettable experiences to their audiences, Augmented Reality has become one of the most sought-after technologies today, due to its ability to engage, educate and entertain in a unique way.
Almost 150 years after its founding, the Putnam – located in Davenport, IA – continues to thrive, offering unique, immersive, hands-on learning experiences to 150,000 visitors annually.
