Christmas Shopping Made Special by Augmented Reality at TriNoma Mall

Published: December 7, 2017

TriNoma, an Ayala Mall located in Quenzon City near Manila, has launched “Holiday Arctic Wonderland” featuring INDE’s Arctic Explorer large-screen AR experience.

As shoppers step in front of the Augmented Reality screen, they instantly find themselves in the freezing Arctic wilderness.

INDE’s BroadcastAR system gets them up-close and personal with a life-sized polar bear, orca, penguins and a seal, and allows them to pose for photos with these fascinating creatures. A beautifully designed winter-themed backdrop makes the experience even more realistic, creating a seamless mixture of digital 3D content and real-world elements.

UK-based AR leader INDE has already put life-sized digital dinosaurs, whales and jaguars into museums, zoos, theme parks and shopping centres worldwide.

Ayala Malls is the one of the largest shopping mall owners in the Philippines. Through their malls around the country, they are creating vibrant community hubs with a clear focus on creativity, innovation and originality.
