Overview
INDE’s giant-screen wildlife themed AR experience has been installed as a unique, interactive addition to the National Geographic Photo Ark exhibition, launched at CityLife Shopping District. The project was led by GEDI Gruppo Editoriale, one of Italy’s leading publishing groups, publisher of National Geographic Italia.

PROJECT OVERVIEW
A surreal addition to National Geographic's Photo Ark Exhibition at CityLife Shopping District, this enormous and immersive AR experience developed by INDE attracted almost 50,000 visitors! Based on the project made famous by photographer Joel Satore, INDE’s “Air, Land, & Sea” transports users to far-off and exotic locations all around the world, featuring opportunities to interact with a diverse range of spectacular animals—like dolphins and giraffes—all in incredible and vivid augmented reality environments in fully realized 3D.
The lifesize, photo-realistic animals—also including leopards, whales, rhinos, elephants—and realistic renderings of their habitats engaged and enraptured audiences of all ages.
The first weekend alone has seen the participation of 48.000 people.
